No, there is no obligation to proceed with our services after receiving the proposal. You are free to review the proposal and make a decision based on your own needs and preferences.

Can I cancel after I have decided to proceed with the setup of my ad campaigns?

Yes, you can cancel Inbox's services at any time. However, depending on your contract the plan of your choosing, our fees will be applied if the work has been implemented prior to your request, and our minimum monthly fee may apply too if the cancellation happens prior to the end of the commitment period.

Can I cancel my contract at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your contract at any time. However, if you cancel during the initial 3-month contract, you'll still be responsible for the remaining monthly minimum fee until the end of your contract period. After that, your contract will end, and there will be no further charges.

Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?
